ID Logistics moves into Sherburn 550
Logicor has let the 556,000 sq ft warehouse, in what it says is the largest industrial property deal in the North of England this year.
Knight Frank and Carter Jonas were the agents involved with the deal.
Located in Sherburn in Elmet, North Yorkshire, the unit is located off J42 of the A1 (M), and was let to ID Logistics with no void period.
The warehouse has grade A specification including 56 loading doors, 15m eaves height, three service yards, offices, and generous power, and forms part of The Sherburn Distribution Park, which is home to occupiers such as Sainsburys, GXO, Eddie Stobart, and Kingspan.
