Muse adds to Yorkshire & North East team
James Dinsley is joining as development manager and Daniel Leach as project manager, as the placemaker continues to expand its reach across the region.
Both men will be based at Muse’s Leeds office and will focus on place-led regeneration schemes, including City Village in Bradford and East Bank Urban Village in Hull.
Dinsley joins the company from Rushbond, where he worked for almost four years as a surveyor in the investment and development team.
Prior to that, he started his surveying career at Avison Young, where he worked for six years after graduating from Northumbria University, having completed a Masters degree.
He has worked across several mixed-use schemes, leading on agency and marketing procurement, appraising new investment opportunities, and supporting the delivery of refurbishment projects and has experience in land agency, planning, and development consultancy.

Leach joins Muse from Gardiner and Theobald, where he spent five years leading the delivery of number of schemes across the residential, heritage, and commercial sectors.
Prior to that, he worked at Mott Macdonald in Leeds, as project manager.
He brings robust technical delivery expertise and strong stakeholder management skills, having successfully overseen complex, multi-million-pound developments from pre-construction through to completion.
Simon Dew, development director at Muse, said: “We’re delighted to welcome James and Daniel to the team at such an exciting time for Muse in Yorkshire and the North East.
“Their combined experience in both the public and private sectors will be instrumental as we continue to grow our presence and deliver transformational places in partnership with local authorities and communities.”
