Conlan on the move to AY

Director Paul Conlan has joined Avison Young’s healthcare team in Leeds, having previously worked for Eddisons and GP Surveyors.

Conlan brings more than two decades of experience to the team and has worked in various commercial environments, leading teams in inspecting, measuring and producing new or existing valuations over different properties and uses.

He worked at GP Surveyors for more than 10 years where he served as operations director from 2015, responsible for running the day-to-day activity and teams.

At GP Surveyors, he specialised in healthcare and represented GP practices, including analysing and interpreting transactional evidence and advising clients for a variety of purposes.

Since 2021, Conlan has managed a key lease advisory contract at Eddisons, with core services include negotiating rent reviews and new leases and providing rental valuation advice.

At Avison Young, Conlan will be responsible for a variety of workstreams within the Healthcare team, dealing with lease advisory, rent reviews, PHP insurer, medical and weight point.
