Beal confirms next phase of £200m Goole development
The housebuilder will deliver a further 118 properties at The Greenways, which will provide more than 800 homes to the East Yorkshire town on completion.
Beal launched The Greenways five years ago and received permission for the final phases last August.
The development is the largest housing scheme in Goole for decades and is being built out across a 73-acre site off Rawcliffe Road.
It is also Beal Homes’ largest ever development.
The Greenways sits amongst an ongoing wave of investments in and around Goole, including Siemens Mobility’s Goole Rail Village, Henry Boot’s Goole Freeport South, and Wykeland’s 3m sq ft factory for Metsa Tissue.
The development is close to the M62 and within easy reach of Leeds, York, Doncaster, and Hull.
Beal sales and marketing director Ross Clarkson said: “When we announced The Greenways, it was a major vote of confidence in Goole and the town’s future.
“That confidence has been rewarded with the success of this development and the creation of a flourishing new
community.”
