Practice Plus relocates to Joseph’s Well

The healthcare provider is moving its Yorkshire base into a 5,000 sq ft space at the former mill in Leeds, leaving its previous premises at Regus City West Business Park.

Carter Towler and WSB are joint marketing agents for Joseph’s Well, which was built by clothing magnate Sir John Barran at the end of the 19th century.

The building offers 150,000 sq ft of space with suites typically ranging from 150 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft on a single floor plate.

Located on Hanover Lane, it’s a short walk from Leeds train station.

Managed by J Pullan & Sons, Joseph’s Well features open-plan suites, meeting rooms, breakout areas and a business lounge, alongside generous parking provision, all within a heritage building.

Practice Plus is the largest UK provider of healthcare for people in contact with the criminal justice system.

Michael McGonnell, regional director (North) – health in justice services at Practice Plus Group, said: “Having recently gained a new contract for Non-Custodial Services, this new base marks a really important milestone for our teams – a place for collaboration between colleagues from across the region, and an opportunity to create even stronger links with people and charities within the community.

“Joseph’s Well offered everything we were looking for – a modern, accessible workspace that suits the service vision. Its central location, excellent facilities and space to grow made it the perfect fit.”

Bruce Strachan, property director at Pullans, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Practice Plus Group to Joseph’s Well.

“Their decision to relocate here is another strong endorsement of the building’s appeal.

“We’ve been thoroughly impressed by the professional and efficient way their team has managed the entire relocation – from lease negotiations through to the fit-out and move itself.

“Michael and his team have been a pleasure to work with throughout the process, and we’re excited to have them join our diverse community of occupiers at Joseph’s Well. We wish them every success in their new space.”
