Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced senior project manager looking for a new challenge in the West Yorkshire area? Then this could be the perfect role for you.

This role is within the healthcare construction sector. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering an excellent client service and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. You should be experienced in using NEC forms of contract and JCT in both new build and refurbishment projects.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in project management, including leading teams and managing budgets. You should have a strong knowledge of construction processes and have experience of leading projects from inception to completion. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to liaise with clients and act as an account manager. You will be responsible for overseeing various schemes ranging in value including capital works.

You should have strong problem solving skills and be able to work under pressure, as well as being highly organised, able to manage your own time and be able to work as part of a team.
