We have an opportunity for a Rating Surveyor or Senior Rating Surveyor to join a well-established Business Rates team, based out of Leeds.

The UK residential market remains strong, and if you are at Director/Partner or Associate level, and would like to work for a true market leader, working on the very best instructions, for some of the largest and strongest institutional clients, then this is the role for you.

Kingsley is acting for a well-respected real estate consultancy with a dedicated national Rating team and offices across the UK. A suitably experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional MRICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyor is required – Associate or Senior level - to be based in the Leeds / Yorkshire region.
