Flint Bishop opens Sheffield city-centre office

The law firm has taken 70 workstations of space at 1 Holly Street, next to Sheffield City Hall and Tudor Square.

The workspace also provides high-tech meeting facilities, collaboration and breakout areas, training and event space, and flexible working facilities.

The move follows a period of significant growth for Flint Bishop, with revenue exceeding £43m for the year ended 30 April 2026, which represents a doubling in overall size over two years.

Growth has continued into the new financial year, with first-quarter 2026/27 performance up 31% on the same period last year.

The Sheffield office forms part of a wider investment programme covering people, office space, and technology. The firm’s acquisition of Lupton Fawcett and a series of lateral hires have also contributed to the expansion.

Enhancements are also planned for the firm’s Leeds and York offices.

Chief executive Qamer Ghafoor said: “Sheffield is a strategically important market for us and these outstanding new premises provide the capacity, flexibility, and facilities required to support our strategic plans.”
