A&B Engineering expands into Leeds

The Liverpool-based firm is heading across the Pennines, setting up at 10 South Parade to grow its reach in Yorkshire.

Having worked on projects in Leeds and Yorkshire, A&B Engineering decided to establish a permanent base in the city to deliver more responsive and locally focused services.

The new office will act as a regional hub, supporting project delivery and client engagement throughout Yorkshire, while enabling the business to grow its local workforce and invest in regional supply chains.

10 South Parade has recently undergone a renovation and now has a business lounge, coffee shop and 65-desk business centre.

Formm carried out the refurb, which was designed by Jon Matthews Architects.

Mike Hart, managing director at A&B Engineering said: “Opening our Leeds office represents an exciting new chapter for A&B Engineering.

“Over time, we’ve built trusted relationships with clients across Yorkshire, and having a physical presence in the region allows us to take that service to the next level.

“This move is not about rapid expansion — it’s about sustainable growth, investing in our people, and delivering consistently excellent results wherever we operate.

“Our Northwest base remains the heart of our business, but Leeds gives us a platform to support our partners more closely and unlock new opportunities in a market we know well.”
