Phase two of The Point commences in Hull

The first three units at Allenby Commercial’s 6.5-acre plot on Henry Boot Way are now occupied, with work on the next three expected to complete by March next year.

Phase two’s units will range from 2,500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft and will be available to lease or buy.

Following completion of phase two, plans are also underway for work on phase three of The Point to begin in 2026 and a second access road will be in place for phases two and three.

Situated five miles from Hull city centre, The Point is part of the wider 150-acre Priory Park development, adjacent to the A63 and close to the M62.

The Scandinavian-inspired units have spacious yards, generous parking, solar panels on the roof, and HGV access and all units have grade A EPC ratings.

Completed units in phase one range from 5,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft and are now occupied by local businesses ATD Automotive, Associated Growers, and exterior fit-out business Michael James Property Developments.

MJPD relocated to The Point after outgrowing its premises in North Ferriby and has bought its 3,450 sq ft unit at the development.

Allenby Commercial bought the land for The Point in 2016, after HBD launched the final phase of Priory Park in 2013.

Andrew Allenby, managing director of Allenby Commercial, said: “It’s really exciting to see phase one completed and occupied, with the spaces creating new jobs and opportunities in the local area.

“We can’t wait to build on that success in phase two. There is demand for quality and efficient space, and businesses want more from their premises.

“Phase two will continue to support further job creation in the local economy and provide growth for both local and national businesses.”
