New tenant for 1 East Parade in Leeds

Alvarez & Marsal has taken a 10-year lease on 6,500 sq ft of space in the building, occupying the entire sixth floor.

Savills acted for landlord The Future Workplace Property Unit Trust (Schroders Capital) and JLL acted for the professional services firm.

1 East Parade offers 53,000 sq ft of grade A office space across eight storeys.

Located in the city centre, the building is now close to full occupancy with 1,500 sq ft remaining.

Carter Towler and Savills are joint agents on the property.

According to Savills, full-year take-up for Leeds reached 654,000 sq ft, 14% higher than the five-year annual average, with grade A take-up at 383,794 sq ft, representing 59% of the total.
