This opportunity is for candidates with technical and commercial experience, who understands how to turn strategy into delivery, working across and through partnerships, unlocking sites and making things happen.
x3 Principal Place & Regeneration Manager (up to £56.2k)
As a Principal Place and Regeneration Manager you’ll have the opportunity to lead programme delivery and work on high-profile, complex projects with real visibility and long-term impact, alongside partners across the public and private sectors across three distinct roles. You will lead on Key Account Management and utilising technical and commercial experience to deliver development and achieve Leeds’ ambitions.
- Role 1: Culture & Heritage and Spatial Programmes
co-ordinating delivery of culture and heritage-led regeneration, including Temple Works, Royal Armouries Waterfront and Lower Kirkgate.
- Role 2: Economic and Spatial Programmes
co-ordinating major spatial programmes to deliver economic growth, including the North West Leeds Employment Hub, Elland Road Neighbourhood and the Microsoft AI Opportunity Zone.
- Role 3: Housing and Spatial Programmes
co-ordinating delivery of housing growth and affordable housing provision, including the Mayoral Development Zone, South Bank New Town and West End Riverside.
