      VACANCY REF: CK3221069

Help shape the future of our public spaces and communities.

We are seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in the public sector to join a high-performing Yorkshire-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with local authorities and play a key role in advising on and delivering a diverse range of public sector construction, maintenance, and repair schemes across housing, leisure, and civic buildings.

With multiple positions available — from Senior Project Manager through to Associate Director — you’ll have the opportunity to build your career while making a meaningful impact in communities across the region.

      Why join us?

      • Make a difference, delivering projects that improve public services and enhance community spaces.
      • Develop your career with clear progression pathways and exposure to varied, meaningful projects.
      • Work on diverse schemes, from housing regeneration to leisure centres, town halls, and civic buildings.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Advising and supporting local authority clients on the delivery of capital programmes, maintenance, and repair schemes.
      • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with public sector clients, helping to grow both new and existing accounts.
      • Managing the full lifecycle of public sector projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.
      • Leading procurement strategies, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
      • Ensuring projects meet sustainability, accessibility, and community value objectives.

      What we’re looking for:

      • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as construction management, quantity surveying, building surveying, or project management.
      • Experience working with or for public sector organisations, particularly local authorities, housing associations, or government bodies.
      • Strong understanding of public sector procurement routes, frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements.
      • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
      • A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for delivering projects that positively impact local communities.

      The opportunity:

Join a respected, market-leading team with a reputation for excellence in the public sector. With salaries ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 + benefits DOE, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, broaden your expertise, and play a key role in transforming local places and spaces.
