About the Role:

As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. While our client has a strong presence in the healthcare sector, they are looking for a dynamic individual who can diversify and expand into new markets, particularly education and the private sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a high-performing team, leveraging existing relationships and forging new partnerships across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Leeds-based consultancy team.
• Drive business development, identifying and securing new opportunities in education, private sector, and beyond.
• Oversee the successful delivery of project management and cost consultancy services.
• Provide strategic direction, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm’s growth strategy and service offering.
• Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience at a senior level in construction consultancy, ideally as a Director or Associate Director.
Strong background in project management, cost consultancy, or related services.
Track record of business development, securing and delivering projects in healthcare, education, or the private sector.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for team building and growth.
Excellent leadership, client relationship, and strategic thinking skills.
