The Opportunity
Our client is one of the largest independent surveying practices outside of London, with a strong and well-established Property Management team.
The Property Management team is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager – Property Graduate or Newley Qualified RICS – based in Leeds – to be involved all aspects of commercial property – retail, offices and industrial – across Yorkshire and the UK.
Working on one mixed portfolio but with a number of other smaller clients so a pleasant variety of work. Portfolios mainly based within daily travelling distance of Leeds.
Full APC support shall be provided where candidates are looking to achieve their RICS status.
Remuneration
- Basic Salary from £35,000 to £38,000+ per annum (D.O.E.)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate / Newly Qualified MRICS Surveyor or an individual with time served experience in commercial property management, to join a true market leader.
