Zerum recruits director of cost management
Pritam Mistry has taken on the newly created role, which the property consultancy hopes will expand its cost management client base and strengthen its Yorkshire presence.
He brings 13 years of experience to the role, having previously worked as associate director at Colliers, Paragon, and Laing O’Rourke.
Zerum Group’s cost management team has secured a variety of projects this year, including several residential schemes in Leeds for property developer Countrylarge and an 800-unit co-living and BTR development, also in Leeds, for Solaris Real Estate.

Founded in 2013, Zerum Group’s cost management service was added in 2020 and today it has four divisions providing consultancy for planning, development management, project management, cost management, and highways and sustainable travel services.
