Zenzero moves into Concordia Works in Leeds
The IT support firm has taken the second floor of the Sovereign Street building, adding to the city’s growing roster of professional services companies and bringing the office up to 75% occupancy.
Zenzero has taken 3,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease at a rate of £28 per sq ft, in a deal brokered by Knight Frank.
The other tenants at Concordia Works are IT consultancy Caldero, which occupies the ground and lower ground floors, and software company PanIntelligence, which moved into Concordia Works last summer, taking the 3,000 sq ft third
floor on a five-year lease.
James Whicher of landlords Boultbee Brooks said: “With only one floor now remaining before the building is fully let, this latest letting underlines the continued demand for high-quality, character workspace in Leeds. We wish the team every
success in their new home and look forward to seeing them thrive here.”
Victoria Harris, associate in the office agency at Knight Frank in Leeds, explained: “The 13,922 sq ft Concordia Works is a unique and striking property, set over five floors and situated just a short walk from Leeds City Station and the main retail heart of the city.
“Built in the early 20th century, this former yarn and cord warehouse was refurbished by Boultbee Brooks with modern
businesses in mind, whilst maintaining its existing structure and original period features.”
Louis Lawley-Adams, Zenzero’s strategy & business operations director commented: “Moving to Concordia Works marks an exciting new chapter for Zenzero. The space will provide the perfect setting for our staff to collaborate, innovate, and thrive, while supporting the continued growth of our business.”
