WorkWell completes Carrwood Park renovation
The flexible workspace provider has completed the redevelopment of a former NHS building at the Leeds business estate into an 8,700 sq ft serviced office facility.
The building has been transformed to provide private office suites, meeting rooms, and collaborative workspace, with the scheme forming part of WorkWell’s wider expansion across Yorkshire.
Manchester-based NC Studio designed the redevelopment, which includes upgraded facilities and flexible office layouts, centred around an atrium designed to provide a shared space for focused work and collaboration.
Located on the outskirts of Leeds, Carrwood Park is a family-owned business park off Selby Road, which has been developed and managed by WorkWell as an established office destination.
WorkWell said the building features contemporary design, soft finishes, considered lighting, and integrated technology.
The Carrwood Park expansion follows the company’s continued growth in the region, including the launch of its Copthall Bridge location in Harrogate and the purchase of the 23,000 sq ft Aire Street Workshops from Leeds City Council.
Existing occupiers at Carrwood Park include Horizon Care & Education, which has significantly expanded since joining WorkWell in 2025, recently increasing its workspace by 800% compared to its original letting.
