Woodland House sells for £2m
Part of the Woodland Park development, the 18,000 sq ft office in Cleckheatone has been sold by Parker and Parker Investments in a deal brokered by Knight Frank.
KJA Chartered Accountants has acquired the building, and will use the West Yorkshire base for its flagship offices.
The Leeds office of Carter Towler are the joint marketing agents for Woodland House and Bradford-based Mark Brearley and Company acted for KJA.
Located within the M62 corridor adjacent to Junction 26, it is also 1.4 miles from Low Moor station.
