Wizu opens in York
The co-working space provider has taken 25,000 sq ft at Helmsley’s East Coast House, following a fit-out by We are Spaces.
Helmsley dealt directly with Wizu on the deal.
Located on Skeldergate next to the River Ouse, the workspace will open on 1 September and will have offices for teams ranging from two to 100 people.
Facilities include high-tech meeting rooms, virtual office packages, and regular networking events and wellness initiatives will be held for tenants.
Helmsley recently reported on increased demand for York centre offices, having secured 42,000 sq ft of lettings including this deal with Wizu as well as from Patch and Nimbuscare.
Patch took its first space in York with 12,000 sq ft at Bonding Warehouse last November, while NHS service provider Nimbuscare has moved into Holgate Business Park’s Gateway 1.
