Wilson Power Solutions acquires 68,000 sq ft Leeds warehouse
The electrical transformer equipment manufacturer has bought Network House on Middleton Grove, close to its existing base off Westland Square in Beeston.
The 67,760 sq ft unit was acquired from Columbia Threadneedle Investments, which refurbished the property in 2023.
Network House has a full solar roof and an EPC A+ rating, making it one of the most energy-efficient industrial properties currently available in the Leeds market.
Knight Frank’s Yorkshire industrial and logistics team advised Columbia Threadneedle Investments on the sale, while GV&Co acted for Wilson Power Solutions.
The acquisition will expand Wilson Power Solutions’ property footprint in south Leeds, with the company specialising in the manufacture of electrical transformer equipment.
