Guinness Homes launches Points Cross homes
Block C of United Living’s Leeds development consists of 180 shared ownership homes, with completion scheduled for spring 2026.
Guinness Homes is now set to bring the homes to market in November.
Made up of 174 one- to three-bed apartments and nine townhouses, the development is located next to Leeds Dock.
Designed by DK Architects, the wider Points Cross scheme will deliver 928 homes.
Construction of Block C began in 2023 and is scheduled to complete in spring 2026.
Shared ownership allows owners to own a share in the property, typically between 25-75%, and has been popular in the South East for decades.
Luke Wilkinson, sales manager for Guinness Homes, said: “Points Cross is a game changer, as shared ownership has never been offered on such a scale in the city before.
“It’s a well-established tenure in the South of England, which has helped thousands to buy a share in a home, so it’s a privilege for Guinness Homes to bring brand new, shared ownership homes to a city as busy as Leeds and with a saturated housing market.”
