Two partner hires at Knight Frank
Richard Brooke and Brad Harris will both join the company’s Leeds office from property consultants Allsops, and specialise in capital markets and residential land and development, respectively.
Brooke was previously partner for capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield where he worked for almost eight years before a two year stint at Allsops.
Two months ago while at Allsops he advised DS Properties on its £16m acquisition of The Mint in Leeds, which is wholly let to Jet2. Graham Foxton of Knight Frank acted for the vendor.
He said: “The capital markets team is the leading player in the Yorkshire region, and I am excited to contribute to its continued success together my fellow partner Graham Foxton.”
Harris recently ran the London Marathon and has, over a 14-year career, previously worked at Dacre Son and Hartley, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, and Allsops.
He commented: “This is a major career move for me. It gives me the opportunity to develop Knight Frank’s residential land and development team in Yorkshire, bridging the gap between the residential and commercial development sectors.”
Eamon Fox, head of Knight Frank’s Leeds office, said: “These are two very significant and heavyweight appointments for us and will take our talented team up to another level.
“Their expertise and experience will help with the expansion of the business in Yorkshire, making it a market leading proposition.
“These are very exciting times for Knight Frank and Richard and Brad will be integral to our future success in Yorkshire where we have offices in Leeds and Sheffield.”
