Torque secures 400,000 sq ft Wakefield Europort unit
CBRE and Carter Towler were the agents on the deal, which sees the supply chain company move into its largest warehouse to date on a 15-year lease.
Named California 400, the unit is the company’s second logistics facility at the business park, whose other occupiers include Asda, Evri, Warburtons, Menzies, and Haribo.
CBRE and Carter Towler acted on behalf of Copley Point.
Torque Retail Services started up in Bramley in 1991 and now operates in seven locations with nine warehouses.
