Stamina Storage relocates to Pudsey HQ
GV&Co secured the 25,000 sq ft unit off Troydale Lane in an off-market deal for the Leeds-based pallet racking and warehouse storage firm.
Moving from Morley into larger premises, the 2.2-acre acquisition marks a milestone in Stamina’s ongoing growth strategy and reinforces its long-term commitment to the Yorkshire region.
Vendor Mico Lighting was represented by Duncan Senior of WSB Surveyors and Chris Waddingham of Ison Harrison, whilst Abigail Miskimmon of Schofield Sweeney acted for Stamina Storage Systems.
