Silverstone relocates in Leeds
The project management firm has moved from Park Square to The Old Brewery on Call Lane, to support its continued growth in Yorkshire.
Silverstone Building Consultancy also has offices in Newcastle, and London, as well as the expanded 1,300 sq ft in Leeds which it is leasing from Yorkshire Design Group.
Call Lane is located a short distance from Leeds Railway Station, in the regenerated central waterfront district.
The team has acted for institutional and commercial clients including British Land, Harworth Group, Leeds Bradford Airport, Glenbrook, Leopard Capital, The Inn Collection Group, Dransfield, Motorpoint, JM Glendenning, and Womble Bond Dickinson.
Ben Rennocks, director at Silverstone Building Consultancy, said: “Yorkshire remains a key market for us and we are increasingly acting on instructions for institutional and commercial clients with property portfolios spanning the UK.
“The additional space will enable us to grow the team in Leeds and support the increasing volume of work we are delivering nationally.”
