Sheffield’s 3 St Paul’s Place fully let
Following a £1m renovation by new owners Ekistics Property Advisors and Till AM, the 78,000 sq ft grade A office has reached full occupancy after signing Arthritis UK and WT Partnership as tenants.
Jasper Sanders + Partners led on the redesign of the building, which is marketed by Knight Frank and LSH.
Located in Sheffield city centre near the Peace Gardens, improvements include upgraded communal areas, a modernised reception and lounge, and newly refurbished office suites ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft.
Amenities include showers and changing rooms, extensive cycle storage, a leisure business membership scheme, CCTV, on-site security, and a staffed reception.
The building is targeting an EPC A rating following completion of the programme and already holds a BREEAM Excellent certification.
