Contractor McAleer & Rushe has reached the highest point of construction for developer MRP on the 140,000 sq ft office building close to Leeds station.

Yorkshire Water’s sister company has secured consent from Kirklees Council for around 130,000 sq ft at the former North Bierley water treatment works.

The developer has joined with fellow key landlord Hull Trinity House to push the Whitefriargate retail pitch as it lines up the refurbished store’s reopening this year.
