Savills swoops for Nield

Office agent Toby Nield has joined the consultancy’s Leeds office at director level, arriving from Cushman & Wakefield.

In his time at Cushmans, Nield was involved in projects including New Bailey, the 770,000 sq ft English Cities Fund office development in Salford, including the 115,000 sq ft Nabars 5.5 Star rated Eden.

Nield worked for Cushmans in the North West for around six years before making the switch, and previously had spells with p3 and Edwards & Co.
