BAE Systems reaffirms commitment to Brough

Work has started on the delivery of 126 affordable dwellings for housing association Karbon Homes.  

The financial education group has signed for 8,448 sq ft in a relocation from Albion Street.

Three further lettings amounting to around 10,000 sq ft have been confirmed for the Leeds building, following DLA Architecture’s commitment to 8,000 sq ft in 2022.
