Orega commits to second Leeds space

Set to open this summer, the flexible workspace provider has agreed a 10-year management agreement for 26,000 sq ft of newly refurbished space at Broad Gate.

Taking up the second floor of the building on the Headrow, Orega will operate around 400 workstations along with the floor’s amenity offer.

Broad Gate is a 300,000 sq ft mixed use development located in the heart of Leeds city centre owned by NW UK Broadgate and managed by HKIP.

Originating from the 1930s,  the building was redeveloped in 2009 in a project introducing a double height reception and a full height atrium, overlooked by each of the office floors and crossed by walkways.

The building has the largest office floorplates of the main Leeds market, together with penthouse office suites and flagship retail units.

Orega also occupiers space at St Paul’s House, 23 Park Square, in Leeds, along with bases in Liverpool, Manchester, and as of 2023, Newcastle in the North of England.

The company now offers flex space from 27 locations across the UK.
