Nobody’s Child chooses Leeds for Northern debut
The womenswear retailer will open in June trading from 1,400 sq ft in Victoria Leeds, replacing Calvin Klein.
Thomas Pain & Company acted for Nobody’s Child, whilst Central Retail and Lunson Mitchenall acted for owner Redical.
The shopping centre has been owned and operated by Redical since 2022.
The deal marks the fashion brand’s second location outside of London and its fifth location in total, joining Covent Garden, Spitalfields, St Albans, and Carnaby Street.
It will join fellow British brands Mint Velvet, COS, Whistles, and the White Company.
Rachel Bradburn, head of leasing at Redical, commented: “Nobody’s Child choosing Victoria Leeds for its Northern debut is a huge testament to the destination’s reputation as the go-to spot for premium brands looking to make their mark beyond London.”
Jody Plows, chief executive at Nobody’s Child, said: “We are incredibly excited to be opening our latest store in Leeds, a vibrant city with a strong sense of style and community.
“Expanding our physical presence is part of our key growth strategy, allowing customers to experience our brand and collections in person.”
