New Leeds home for B&M
The construction consultancy firm will be headed up by Mark Fennell, as the company targets Yorkshire expansion.
Situated on Park Row, the firm works with clients across the commercial, educational, and residential sectors.
Fennell has 10 years experience in the industry as a quantity surveyor and associate director, and has led several project management teams.
With a robust pipeline of infrastructure projects, commercial developments, and residential sites, Leeds and its environs represent a significant growth area for the construction industry, leading to B&M’s expansion into the region.
