Mileway secures 10-year Doncaster lease

The last-mile logistics real estate company has let 154,000 sq ft of warehouse space to MIS Conversions, a fleet conversion specialist, at its KS150 site, following the departure of former tenant Polypipe Building Products.

Knight Frank Sheffield and Commercial Property Partners brokered the deal.

The refurbished space also has offices, yard space, a showroom, and parking, and will serve as the company’s headquarters and main manufacturing site.

Located less than five miles from Doncaster city centre, the 12-acre site has direct access to the A630, one of the region’s primary arterial route.

Andrew Jones, Mileway’s managing director UK & Ireland, said: “We’re proud to support MIS Conversions as they take this next step in their growth journey.

“Doncaster offers a highly skilled local workforce and excellent infrastructure, making it an ideal location for ambitious businesses like MIS.

“This new site not only provides them with the modern, high-quality space they need today, but gives them the flexibility to scale their operations in the future.”
