Eddisons appointed on Mandale Park S20 business park
North East developer Mandale is dipping its toe into the Sheffield market with a 21-unit, 33,000 sq ft development.
Due for completion in June, the two-storey, 1,500 sq ft hybrid units are designed for office and warehouse use.
Eddisons will let the park, which is located near Holbrook Industrial Estate in south east Sheffield.
Mandale has delivered new and refurbished schemes across the North, including recently completed industrial estates in Rotherham, Newcastle, and its native Stockton On-Tees.
