The 4.8-acre freehold site on Canal Road includes a 29,500 sq ft showroom, and has a separate one-acre parcel of development land.
The former car dealership ceased operation in December 2023, and the brownfield site has since remained vacant.
On the market with Latitude Real Estate, the £6m price tag is made up of £5.5m for the dealership premises and £500,000 for the development plot.
The showroom includes first-floor offices, kitchen amenities, workshop bays, customer areas, and more than 300 parking spaces.
The site will remain with planning permission for commercial use, and has strong access links and traffic exposure of around 25,000 vehicles each day.
