Knight Frank and WSB appointed on Centura

The 35,000 sq ft building on Wellington Street in Leeds has recently undergone a high-spec refurbishment, prompting landlord  Hillview Group to recruit new letting agents.

The renovation saw the reception turned into a break-out and meeting space, featuring a business lounge and office suites.

Tenants include Countrywide, which recently took a 3,000 sq ft ground floor suite, Schofield Sweeney, Mackenzie Stuart, and Sandgate Systems.

As it stands, there is 3,000 sq ft remaining on the ground floor and 6,000 sq ft available on the first floor.

Victoria Harris, associate in Knight Frank’s office agency team, said: “Centura boasts a fabulous location on the vibrant Wellington Street, opposite Wellington Place…

“The magnificent new reception creating an unforgettable first impression. It sets the tone for the whole ambience of the building, underling the fact that Centura is more than just office space; it’s a reimagined workplace designed to inspire productivity, innovation, and connection.”

A spokesman for the landlords added: “We have appointed Knight Frank and WSB as they are both very active in the Leeds office market and we are confident that they will attract new occupiers for Centura on the back of the refurbishment works we have just undertaken.”
