Kinrise adds duo of operators to 34 Boar Lane

Having refurbished the 57,000 sq ft Leeds property, a new business lounge will occupy the first floor of the city centre building, while Federal Bar & Café has taken a ground floor retail unit.

Knight Frank handles the lettings for the building, which is located opposite Trinity Leeds shopping centre and the new railway station entrance.

Business lounge The Commons comprises 5,000 sq ft of five fully fitted office suites with a boardroom, break-out areas, and event spaces.

Meanwhile, Federal is taking 1,799 sq ft on a 10-year lease.

Victoria Harris, associate with Knight Frank in Leeds, who are advising Kinrise, said: “The launch of The Commons and the arrival of Federal underline the on-going success of 34 Boar Lane and is another resounding endorsement of the major investment Kinrise has made in the building.

“It was Kinrise’s aim to turn iconic but un-loved buildings into creative work and community space. At 34 Boar Lane, they have achieved this aim in spectacular fashion, creating an inspiring collaborative environment that offers occupiers characterful, design-led offices with top technology, as well an exciting range of independent restaurants and events space.”
