The Company & Role

A highly respected Real Estate Consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced and (preferably) MRICS Qualified Investment/Capital Markets Surveyor to join its’ national Investment/Capital Markets team, based out of Leeds.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven professional who ideally possess a detailed understanding of real Estate Investment, who is commercially astute with good business skills and will have a background in investment and/or valuation

Responsibilities

Due to further expansion within the Investment team, an ambitious Investment Surveyor / Senior Surveyor or Associate is required, providing the potential to take on an increasing amount of responsibility.

You shall provide advice to clients on property investments, preparing sales particulars and negotiation of disposals and operate independently, taking a strong and pro-active role in fee generation as well as aiding the Director, as necessary.

Additionally, the candidate will operate independently on investment acquisitions and disposals whilst also focusing on client development.

You will have previous experience in either investment, valuation or agency markets and be a committed team player with a history of delivering results that exceeds clients’ expectations.

Also, you will need to have competent skills in client liaison, negotiation and recommendation. Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills are a necessity.

Experience & Qualifications

• Ideally hold a strong track record within the transactional space (not essential as long as you hold good valuation acumen)
• History of delivering results and exceeding clients’ expectations
• Competent in client liaison
• High level of negotiation and recommendation skills
• Committed team player
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
• Confident with a professional attitude to work
• Highly numerate and IT literate
• Able to cope with changing priorities
• Likes responding to challenges and meeting the toughest targets
• Enjoys working at the leading edge

Remuneration

You’ll be rewarded with an industry competitive salary and benefits including but not limited to:

• Basic Salary from £35,000 to circa £60,000+ per annum (D.O.E.)
