Starlight Investments is looking to offload the 111-home development on Kirkstall Road, 18 months after acquiring the asset.
The Radiant was developed by KMRE Group with Hollycroft Construction as the main contractor and completed in December last year.
Located on a gateway road into central Leeds, the building is close to Wellington Place and the railway station.
Amenities include a co-working lounge, residents’ lounge, 24-hour parcel collection, bike storage, and a 27-space car park.
The nine-storey building is 84% let, and is made up of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
The Radiant currently earns about £1.8m/yr in passing rent, with potential of around £1.9m/yr.
