Honey plots Waverley homes

The housebuilder has exchanged contracts on a 4.4-acre site and plans to deliver 67-homes as part of its second phase of development at the South Yorkshire neighbourhood.

The £22m project will have a mix of two-, three-, four-, and five-bed homes including detached and semi-detached houses.

If approved by Rotherham Council, it will bring Honey’s total house-build on Waverley to 121, following its 54-home, £15.5m first phase which reached the market last year.

Honey chief executive Mark Mitchell commented: “It is fantastic to secure this second site in Waverley to deliver further new homes and grow our development within this outstanding generation project.”
