Global consulting firm signs on at Aire Park
Texas-headquartered Jacobs is taking 17,500 sq ft at 3 South Brook Street in a deal brokered by Savills and Colliers for developer Vastint.
The 24-acre mixed-use district in south Leeds is also home to an eight-acre public park, the largest area of open space in the city centre.
Jacobs, which has been operating in the UK for 150 years, will move in during the early part of this year and is relocating from its current site in Holbeck.
The firm provides end-to-end services in advanced manufacturing, cities and places, energy, environmental, life sciences, transportation and water to both public and private sector clients.
The grade A office will become one of the company’s 15 core offices and Jacobs will join a roster of national and international businesses housed at South Brook Street including legal firm Devonshires, pensions provider TPT, and investment platform, interactive investor.
