Glenbrook secures four lettings at Fall Bank Industrial Estate
The four deals at the Barnsley park total 38,500 sq ft and were carried out by joint letting agents Commercial Property Partners and GV&Co.
Three of the deals are tenants renewing a lease agreement, with Filtermech agreeing a 15 year lease on 13,000 sq ft, Sapoflow agreeing five years on a 7,200 sq ft unit, and G Point 7 opting for another five years on its 17,000 sq ft base.
New tenant, Frank Tucker Ltd, a civil engineering and surfacing contractor based in Bradford, has joined the Dodworth site on a 10 year lease on 1,200 sq ft.
In total, the estate comprises eight warehouses totalling 98,000 sq ft and is strategically located less than one mile west of Junction 37 of the M1 motorway.
