Future Forwarding takes Turnberry Park space
The logistics company has agreed terms on a recently refurbished 6,100 sq ft unit at the development, five miles from Leeds city centre.
Lambert Smith Hampton and joint agent WSB, completed the transaction for the landlord Business Homes.
Turnberry Park is situated just off Junction 27 of the M62, intersecting with the M621, in close proximity to Birstall Retail Park.
Unit 7 features high-standard finishes, including an EPC rating of B, LED lighting, air conditioning, fully integrated kitchen facilities, high-speed broadband availability, and ample parking.
The site was acquired on a new lease by Future Forwarding, a global logistics company that covers all modes of transportation, aiming to make the site its Leeds central hub for operational efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
Matt Procter, senior surveyor at LSH, said: “We are delighted to have secured this strong letting at Turnberry Park. The refurbished offices to Grade A specification highlights the flight-to-quality in demand for offices, with premium office space paving the way in what is currently a difficult out of town market.”
Lee Randle, director at Business Homes Turnberry, added: “We are excited to welcome Future Forwarding to their new home in Leeds, their decision to choose Turnberry Park is testament to the quality of our offices and facilities.
“Having originally developed the scheme we have remained committed to providing Grade A office environments that cater for the needs of our occupiers.”
The deal was the largest out-of-town office letting in Leeds for Q2 2024.
