Further expansion at Dacre, Son & Hartley
The estate agent has acquired Settle-based Craven Homes, a lettings firm with a residential portfolio across North Craven and Ribblesdale.
It cements Dacre’s position as Yorkshire’s largest independent estate agency and follows the acquisition last year of Lister Haigh, a Knaresborough-based rural property consultancy firm.
Craven Homes was founded in 1988 and has in recent years been run by Robert Senior, who will join Dacre’s team and head up the company’s lettings and property management operations within the Settle area.
Dacre relaunched its lettings division around two years ago, and has doubled the number of rental homes it manages in the past 12 months.
