Fox Lloyd Jones appoints director
Mark Gayton will head up the Leeds-based property advisor’s building surveying division.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the property and construction sector, Gayton has previously been an associate at Hollis, associate director at Projex Building Solutions, both based in Leeds, and a senior chartered building surveyor at CNP in London.
He will now be tasked with driving growth in FLJ’s building surveying services, including due diligence through to building acquisition surveys and reports.
Commenting on his new appointment, Gayton, said: “I’m looking forward to further expanding our building surveying offering by developing client relationships and providing strategic guidance which complements our existing construction, development and agency teams within the business.”
