Four occupiers boost leasing activity at Rotherham I&L estate
The 26-acre Aven Industrial Park, owned and managed by MCR Property Group, has welcomed Reconome Technologies, Scott Airbrush Work, Tools & Plant, and Toddler Play UK as new tenants.
Located on Tickhill Road, the new tenants have contributed towards more than 34,000 sq ft of recent leasing activity through new lettings and lease renewals.
Reconome Technologies has taken the largest letting, occupying several units totalling 15,600 sq ft.
Aven Industrial Park comprises 49 industrial, warehouse, and office units extending to around 183,000 sq ft.
The estate benefits from direct access to the M18, A1(M) and M1 motorway networks and is home to a mix of regional and national businesses.
Despite the recent lettings, refurbished accommodation remains available, with units ranging from 3,400 sq ft to 10,551 sq ft.
