First tenant for No3 South Brook Street
Devonshires law firm has agreed terms on a 6,000 sq ft office on the sixth floor of Vastint UK’s office building at Aire Park in Leeds, and will move in March following a fit-out.
Savills acted jointly with Colliers on the deal, acting for Vastint.
The office will include meeting rooms and collaboration spaces for its 41 person team.
Once complete, South Brook Street will have seven buildings comprising 700,000 sq ft of grade A office space, 40,000 sq ft of commercial space, and Europe’s largest EV multi-storey carpark.
Nos1 and 3 South Brook Street are now ready to occupy and offer 190,000 sq ft of space overlooking the Tetley building, home to Kirkstall Brewery, and opening onto Tetley Green, the first piece of the site’s eight-acre public park.
No3 South Brook Street has a 5,000 sq ft atrium and some of the largest floorplates in Leeds, measuring 23,500 sq ft.
The buildings are targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification, along with a Platinum WELL accreditation.
In total, the 24-acre Aire Park development will have 750m sq ft of office space in Leeds South Bank neighbourhood.
