Doncaster approves second phase of Total Park expansion

The council has paved the way for almost 272,000 sq ft of I&L space on land off Balby Carr Bank.

Developer Total Developments was advised by ID Planning and C4 Projects on the scheme, which will comprise four industrial units ranging in size from around 34,000 sq ft to 137,000 sq ft, incorporating office accommodation and designed to support a range of employment uses.

The latest phase follows the delivery of the first stage of Total Park, which includes five units capable of supporting around 450 jobs.

Once complete, Phase 2 is expected to create at least 300 permanent jobs, alongside employment opportunities during construction.

The developer is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating for the scheme, with sustainability measures including electric vehicle charging infrastructure to improve the environmental performance of the development.
