Consultancy makes Park Hill move

Planning and design firm nineteen47 has moved to the estate from the Sheffield Digital Campus as it looks for further growth locally.

Nineteen47, which also has offices in York and Nottingham, opened a Sheffield base in 2021 and said it has been a keen observer of the renaissance of the landmark Park Hill, the  ongoing rebirth triggering the firm’s move.

Sheffield office director Clare Plant said: “We are incredibly proud to have secured a piece of Sheffield history from which to continue building our business in the long term.

“Teaming up with Sheffield-based businesses who share our ethos, including OVO Spaces, Colloco, and Knights, has brought our vision for the new space to life.

“Since our Sheffield office opened three years, our team have secured a wide variety of interesting and prestigious project, including the Sheffield Heart of the City project, as well as supporting new housebuilder, honey to establish their presence in the City. We can’t wait to continue this work, as part of the Park Hill community.”

The business provides planning and urban design support to public and private sector clients nationally, with a keen focus on projects within the Midlands and the North of England.
